Baby Wraps
Baby Wraps…any reccommendations?
I was looking at the metro wrap from metromamma?..i think, does anyone have it, or is their one that anyone loves?..i have a big baby so im thinking the wrap will help with weight distribution….any suggestions?
I also have a large baby, she was almost 10 lbs when she was born, and now at 6 months she weighs 17 lbs and I’ve dropped down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120. I carry my daughter in a pack for about 4 hours a day and I’ve finally settled on the moby wrap, mobywrap.com. I previously used a mei tai and a baby bjorn. My daughter never seemed to fit right in the mei tai and the baby bjorn put all her weight on my neck and shoulders and was giving me headaches. The moby distributes the weight over your shoulders, back and hips and has a variety of different carry positions. It takes a little practice to get it to fit just right but its so comfortable. At 40 bucks its pretty inexpensive, but its just a long piece of material…I highly reccomend you try it out.
